The Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator has pleasantly surprised me. I agreed to review the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator because I understand that good quality sex toys can be very expensive, and I wanted to take a look at a cheaper product to see how it measured up to the likes of the luxury Womanizer models that I’m such a fan of. Unsurprisingly, the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator doesn’t even come close to the quality and performance of a Womanizer. However, that’s not to say that it is bad. It’s made from ABS and silicone, which are good, body-safe materials, it’s USB rechargeable so you don’t have to worry about batteries, and it claims to be waterproof (but I’d only call it splash-proof), and at only $30, it’s worth taking a look at
Packaging
Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator is shipped by Amazon and comes in standard Amazon packaging. Once you open your Amazon parcel, you’ll find a nice hard black cardboard box with “Paloqueth” written on the top, and “Made in China” on the side. This box is simple but it is pretty durable so could be used for long term storage. Inside the box the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator is bagged up in plastic along with its charging cable. It is nestled in some cheap protective black foam, which has cut outs for the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator and it’s USB charging cable, but they are not separated nicely for transit, just shoved in there in the plastic bag, which feels a little rushed to me. You also get a little multi-lingual instruction booklet. No storage bag, but you could continue to use the box, which is quite discreet should you want to keep it out.
Charging up
The first thing you’ll want to do after opening up the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator is to charge it. The charger is a pin which you plug in to the base of the toy. This charging port is completely open which concerns me as the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator is supposed to be waterproof (although on the website it says you can use it in the shower, it also says lower down not to leave it submerged in water, which is a little worrying). Once the pin is plugged in, just use any USB port for the USB end. I used a wall plug and left it for a few hours. Whilst the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator is charging the control buttons will flash with a white light. Once it is fully charged this light will stay on.
Controls and Functions
The Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator only has two control buttons. The top on is a simple on / off switch; click it and both buttons will light up meaning it is on. Click it again at any point and the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator will turn off. The bottom button, which looks like an emoji with an open mouth and hearts for eyes, controls the functions; you just click it to scroll through them in order.
The Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator has severn functions in total. The first is constant vibration / “sucking” mode. The other six are patterns; settings two, three and four are pulses, each faster than the last, and settings five, six and severn are different oscillations. Two things that I noticed when I was first playing with the settings before I try masturbating: firstly the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator is loud. It’s not deafeningly so, but I’ve gotten used to quieter models, so when I first switched it on it was a bit of a shock. I think its louder than my electric toothbrush, which is pretty loud. If you worry about being overheard masturbating, this product wouldn’t be ideal for you. The second thing I noticed was there are no warm up settings and that first setting is pretty damn powerful. It honestly made me nervous to try it.
Using the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator
The first time I used the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator, nervous as I was, I coated the head of the toy and my clit in a generous amount of thick, water-based lube. This was to provide as much cushioning as possible. I then switched it on to the first vibrating mode and carefully placed it on my clit. Usually you get a minimum of three constant vibration modes, each more powerful than the last, so you can warm up to the more intense settings, or keep at a level that suits you best. The Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator just throws you in at the deep end and hopes you’re okay with it.
Unfortunately, I was not okay with it. That setting was far too intense for my clit, I would need a really good warm up with another toy before I could use it. It almost became painful, so I quickly clicked over to the patterns. The pulsing patterns didn’t do much for me at this time either (it felt like someone was flicking my clit, hard, something some people might enjoy, but still a bit much for me), but the oscillations were a different story. Because they started off more gentle then ramped up to the higher levels equivalent to the first mode, I felt I could handle them better and got far more enjoyment from them. Playing around with just these top three settings did lead me to have a pretty incredible explosive orgasm, something which I was pleasantly surprised by. I have since learnt that I can handle the constant mode, but only after I am well warmed up first, and usually when my hormones have put me in to a state where I’m less sensitive and don’t orgasm easily.
One thing I found when I was using the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator is that the buttons aren’t placed in the best position. It’s easy to loose them, and I had to take it off to look at it several times so that I could change the setting. The two buttons are also very close together and quite small, so it is easy to accidentally push the wrong one and turn the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator off mid-use. The head is also fairly wide and flexible, meaning that sometimes the seal around my clit was broken, making it make hilarious and loud wet sucking noises and reducing the pleasure that I felt.
Clean Up
I have dunked the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator in to my sink, fully under water, whilst it was switched on. I wanted to do this because the product page says it is waterproof, so I wanted to test it. It did survive, and works fine, but I am still nervous of water getting in the charging port. I washed it in warm water and soap, and then rinsed it with clean water and left it to dry.
Summary
To sum up, the Paloqueth Clitoral Sucking Vibrator is made of good quality materials, its rechargeable and it’s got a powerful motor that can lead me to explosive orgasm. I particularly enjoyed the oscillating modes. However, I find the settings too intense with no warm up modes, and the buttons are not placed in the best position. I’m also concerned that the charging port is open, and that the product page says it is waterproof but to not submerge it in water for a long time. Having said that, it is a good product for it’s price, which is only $30 as I write this post on the 7th March 2019.
